# Kestrel integration plan

**Status date:** 4 June 2026
**Prepared by:** Integration Management

## Test resources

The mandatory temperature test is carried out in the large temperature chamber, which in the
booking system is called **TK-2**.

The test requires **four consecutive days** in the chamber: one day for run-in and stabilization,
two days for the sequence itself, and one day for cooling and disassembly.

The large TK-2 chamber is the only chamber that can handle the entire test. The reserve chamber, called
TK-1, is too small and cannot reach the lowest required temperature.

## Booking

Rig time is booked through the Test Department. Booking is done by term and confirmed in the
Test Department’s weekly bulletin.

## Conditions

- The unit must be delivered and approved in incoming inspection no later than two weeks before test start.
- The test cannot be split into stages.
