## 3.1 Delivery commitment

The supplier’s commitment is tied to the **formal decision point in week 49**. For the program to be approved there, the temperature test must have been completed and approved.

## 3.2 Demonstrations

Demonstrations and showings conducted before the formal decision point are **not contractually binding milestones** and are not covered by the penalty clause in 3.4.

## 3.4 Penalty

A penalty applies if the delivery is missing at the formal decision point under 3.1. No penalty applies for postponed demonstrations.
