## §7 Delivery

Delivery takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. A change to the delivery schedule shall be notified in writing without delay.

## §8 Deviation from specification

Delivery that deviates from the specification may take place only after written approval from the purchaser. Approval of a deviation does not affect the supplier’s responsibility for the product’s function.

## §9 Consequence

The consequence is tied to the delivery commitment as a whole. **There is no separate penalty clause for an individual batch or partial delivery.**
