You are working with sub-agent 4: Update the schedule.

Read only sources A08, B03, B05, D07 and F05. Write a reusable instruction for a sub-agent that handles the corresponding recurring work task. Base it on the sources' dates, dependencies, resources and statuses. Describe how changes should be tracked and made traceable, what the agent may calculate or update itself, and when a human must review, approve or make a decision. Do not guess or fill in missing information.

Answer with exactly seven lines and nothing else. The text after each heading may contain at most 20 words. The heading before the colon does not count:

**Subject:** Changed delivery plan for Kestrel unit — IMPORTANT

Hello,

We need to move the regular delivery of the Kestrel unit from week 38 to week 44. The reason is that an unusually small proportion of the units are approved at final inspection.

As an alternative, we can deliver a smaller express shipment in week 40. This requires the customer to approve a temporary deviation from the surface-adhesion quality requirement (requirement YS-14). The express shipment is enough for the first integration test but not for the entire planned series.

We need a decision on the express option by week 36 at the latest in order to book line time.

Kind regards
Tove Ahlgren

# Kestrel program plan — revision E

**Status date:** 4 June 2026
**Prepared by:** Program Office
**Status:** Current

## Milestones

| Milestone | Week |
|---|---|
| Kestrel unit delivery | 42 |
| Integration window | 45–47 |
| Thermal qualification test | 47 |
| Customer demonstration | 46 |
| Formal decision point — the program must show that requirements are fulfilled | 49 |

## Change from revision D

Delivery date moved from week 38 to week 42 after supplier rescheduling during the spring. The integration window and test move with it.

## Dependencies

The thermal qualification test requires booked time in a thermal chamber according to the integration plan.

# Kestrel integration plan

**Status date:** 4 June 2026
**Prepared by:** Integration Management

## Test resources

The mandatory temperature test is performed in the large temperature chamber, called **TK-2** in the booking system.

The test requires **four consecutive days** in the chamber: one day for setup and stabilization, two days for the sequence itself, and one day for cooldown and disassembly.

The large TK-2 chamber is the only chamber capable of the complete test. The backup chamber, TK-1, is too small and cannot reach the required lowest temperature.

## Booking

Rigging time is booked through the Test Department. Bookings are made by term and confirmed in the Test Department's weekly bulletin.

## Conditions

- The unit must be delivered and approved in receiving inspection no later than two weeks before the test starts.
- The test cannot be split into stages.

# Customer contract — appendix 3, excerpt

## 3.1 Delivery commitment

The supplier's commitment is tied to the **formal decision point in week 49**. For the program to be approved there, the temperature test must have been completed and approved.

## 3.2 Demonstrations

Demonstrations and showings held before the formal decision point are **not contractually binding milestones** and are not covered by the penalty clause in 3.4.

## 3.4 Penalty

A penalty applies if the delivery is missing at the formal decision point under 3.1. No penalty applies for postponed demonstrations.

Hello everyone,

A short note from us this week.

**Staff.** Two new test technicians start in week 34. Introduction takes place as usual.

**Calibration.** Annual calibration of measuring equipment in Hall 2 takes place in week 39. Expect the hall to be unavailable for two days.

**Booking status in the test hall.** The large temperature chamber, internally called TK-2, is booked by the **Delfin program for weeks 47–48**. The booking is confirmed and cannot be moved. The smaller backup chamber, TK-1, is out of service for rebuilding **through week 50**. Other test equipment is booked as usual through the booking portal.

**Forms.** A new version of the test request form is on the intranet. The old one will be removed after the summer.

Have a nice weekend!

Test Department
