Programme Management wants the Kestrel Mk2 schedule in order before the steering group.

Three questions:

  1. When is the deadline, and what is the deadline?
  2. What threatens it right now?
  3. Who must decide what, and on what evidence?

All the information is on the intranet. Nobody has put it together.

What usually happens

  • Wrong week, from an older revision of the plan.
  • Spoken and written information get mixed together.
  • "The steering group" is named as decision-maker, without a mandate.
