3.1 Delivery commitment

The supplier’s commitment is tied to the formal decision point in week 49. For the program to be approved there, the temperature test must have been completed and approved.

3.2 Demonstrations

Demonstrations and showings conducted before the formal decision point are not contractually binding milestones and are not covered by the penalty clause in 3.4.

3.4 Penalty

A penalty applies if the delivery is missing at the formal decision point under 3.1. No penalty applies for postponed demonstrations.
