Make signals meaningful.
Bring measurement signals together, process the information and give the host system a clear status picture. Kestrel connects what is measured with what the system needs to know.

KESTREL Mk2
Meet the electronics module that connects measurement equipment with the system around it. Receive, process and pass on information — with a clear role in a bigger solution.

A BUILDING BLOCK WITH A PURPOSE
The value is not just in the measurement. It is in what the system can make of it. Kestrel brings that connection into focus.
Bring measurement signals together, process the information and give the host system a clear status picture. Kestrel connects what is measured with what the system needs to know.
Keep signal processing in a distinct building block. A clear role in the architecture gives the integration team a common starting point — from the first setup to the complete system.
Electronics alone is not the end goal. Kestrel belongs in a connected solution, where the module, integration and verification are developed together.
THE FUNCTION AT A GLANCE
Kestrel sits between the equipment that measures and the system that uses the information. Think of it as the processing link in the signal chain.

APPLICATIONS
From the first signal chain to a shared view of the whole solution. Three settings for the Kestrel product concept.
The link between measurement equipment and a host system. Give signal processing a defined place in a larger technical solution.
Bring the signal chain to the bench. Explore the interplay between inputs, processing and status before putting the complete system in focus.
Show the connection, not just the components. Make the journey from measurement to system information tangible for colleagues and customers.
ENGINEERED AS PART OF THE WHOLE
A strong system is more than the sum of its components. With Nordvind’s module and Asterholm’s integration work, Kestrel brings product, testing and customer context into the same programme.

An electronics module that receives measurement signals, processes information and passes status to a host system. It is a building block in a larger solution, not a standalone customer system.
Nordvind Systems AB manufactures the module. Asterholm Teknik brings it into the wider system through integration, testing and coordination of the customer acceptance work.
Mk1 and Mk2 are different generations. Mk2 has a changed design, temperature requirement and qualification scope. Experience from Mk1 is useful context, but does not by itself qualify Mk2.
Use the individual programme documents for requirements, configuration, dates and approvals. This overview is not a datasheet. Delivery, demonstration and formal acceptance are separate steps, each with its own evidence.
