§7 Delivery

Delivery takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. A change to the delivery schedule shall be notified in writing without delay.

§8 Deviation from specification

Delivery that deviates from the specification may take place only after written approval from the purchaser. Approval of a deviation does not affect the supplier’s responsibility for the product’s function.

§9 Consequence

The consequence is tied to the delivery commitment as a whole. There is no separate penalty clause for an individual batch or partial delivery.
